Our Mission
Within a friendly church family atmosphere the Iona Church will connect people with God’s love by:
- Making a commitment to Christ
- Praising God through word and music
- Learning and applying biblical teachings
- Caring and praying for one another
- Supporting each other and growing spiritually through small group ministries
- Sharing the gifts and graces God gave to us with others
- Supporting missionaries and mission work, both at home and abroad
- Discovering spiritual gifts
Inspiration
- We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and, along with prayer, is the inspiration for all our ministries.
Outreach
- We believe in strengthening individuals and families throughout the community by providing opportunities for personal spiritual growth and fellowship for all ages.
Nourishment
- We believe in offering creative, inspirational worship services, led by the Holy Spirit, where our loving God can be celebrated and glorified by people of all ages.
Action
- We believe that everybody is gifted by God to serve others with their prayers, presence, gifts, service and witness.
